By September 30 Organization sends invitation to nominators.
Mid-October Organization sends second invitation to nominators (only to those who did not reply).
October 31 Deadline for nominators to accept the invitation.

November 30 Deadline for nominators to communicate their 2 nominees.
By December 31 Organization double-checks to verify if artists have been nominated by more than one nominator. If necessary, organization contacts nominator to get the name of a third nominee.
Mid-January Organization invites the artists.
February 28 Deadline for artists to accept invitation.
March Nominees upload their submissions to website, last day to submit March 31.
March 31 Deadline for submissions.
April 30 Jury evaluates projects online.
By May 31 “Jury meets to select the winner.
Winner is announced and begins to work on the project (9 months).”

February 28 Deadline for winner to accomplish project.
April Exhibition during Salone del Mobile 2026.
October / November during Book City Milan “Book presentation. The Sixth Edition of the Prize is announced.”
